For many years, Takahashi Ke occupied a prominent location on Echoland’s Main Street and welcomed guests with a large sign that read: Gyoza, Ramen, Beer. While they have relocated to the Hakuba 47/Goryu area, Takahashi Kei still does gyoza, ramen and beer as well as anyone in town. The soup-less spicy tan tan ramen is a great choice for the spice lovers.
